The German events continue to grow UTR PTT presence in Europe, demonstrating rapid European adoption of the Tour
July 23, 2021 (Palo Alto, CA) - Universal Tennis and PMTR Tennisakademie announce the expansion of the Europe segment of the 2021 UTR Pro Tennis Tour (PTT) into Germany.
Backed by a three-year, $20M commitment from Universal Tennis to create 450 tournaments, the PTT continues its expansion. Each tournament includes a financial commitment of at least $25,000 USD and generates valuable opportunities for thousands of aspiring professional players with a UTR ranking of 200-2000.
The unique, round-robin format of PTT events provides players with more playing opportunities per event which gives much-needed match experience while allowing more players to earn a living while working towards their goal of competing in the top levels of the sport.
The first men’s and women’s PTT events in Germany will begin on July 25th in Mulheim an der Ruhr. For a full schedule of PTT events in Europe, click here.
